She was never a boy to begin with, her memory were tempered to make her think she was a reincarnated person. The goddess did that to weaken her as most reincarnated person don’t really care about the world they are born into and only thing about their own pleasure. Because the MC through that she was in a video game she decided to find her familier because she didn’t have any goal and just go with the flow. It’s only later that she decided to fight against the goddess, when she understood that it was needed.
