The alert is giving me when downloading the file, not when entering the web page, it only happens with this file and with “Holmes of Kyoto Vol. 3 Premium”, maybe it only happens to me?
Maybe you’re clicking on a fake “Download” button? If you don’t have adblockers, usually the first click on such sites will be a popup, maybe it’s responding to that? You can always ignore the warning, download the file (don’t open or run it yet) then right click the downloaded file and scan. I recommend just drop the file in virustotal website and see for yourself.
