Hi. Noticed an oversight in the ebook editing. Reporting that there’s no entry for Chapter 2 in the ebook’s integrated table of content. This chapter (2) isn’t delimited like all chapters in an ebook, and appears to be wrongly merged with the previous side-chapter (- Soto’s Tea Party).
Man I freaking love this series, too bad author got the axe ….. just 1 volume left.
Where did you got that info?
I’m failing to find anything of the sort in either english and japanese.

Were the sales actually bad? I would have thought that something that reaches this many volumes was popular enough to let the author go until the end.
