Synopsis
The life of Ryoko Hayakawa, a hard-core otaku, came to an abrupt end the day before her 35th birthday, before she was reincarnated as a beautiful prince in a fantasy world. However, her dream-like royal life didn’t last long, as she soon uncovered the depths of politics and corruption of her kingdom. To protect the king and his people, Ryoko, reincarnated as Prince Herscherik, resolved to conquer the darkness within his country. Yes, the publisher stopped publishing after VOLUME 5 — but the author wrote an additional full story (Volume 6) on their Japanese website — and someone has translated the ENTIRE VOLUME 6 (200+ pages) into English. Of course it will never be published in “book” form unless the author finds a new publisher, but…

Volume 6 is called “Herscherik and the Divine Princess of the Land of the Sun” and (no spoilers) focuses a lot on Kuro, and Kuro’s past, with of course Herscherik in the center of everything again. I really liked it, and whoever translated it did a good job. Other than some additional short stories (that I have yet to find translated anywhere) Vol 6 is (so far) the final full volume that the author has written on their webpage — though in the “Afterword” at the end of Volume 6, the author states that Vol 7 would see Herscherik go to the Academy, with the story a school setting. Hopefully one day another publisher will “officially” published Volume 6, and Volume 7 might be written as well.
