Thanks for sharing all the best LNs, mate. But, all the normal links lead to ads that are flagged by both Malwarebytes and Avast for trojans. The mirror links work fine but both antiviruses also catch an unauthorised download on the advert page. Any advice on the matter?
I don’t think there are trojans. There are possibly malwares though, like some ad tricking you into clicking it and prompting you to install something. If you refer to the FAQ, i do recommend some adblockers like Ublock Origin. If the adblockers block the ads in the first place, you shouldn’t get any unauthorized downloads. Not much I can do about your overzealous antivirus. For most modern browsers, things don’t auto-download unless you agree to let it, at least that’s how it works for firefox. Whichever the case, even if you happen to download something from the ad, just delete it, as long as you don’t run it, it will be fine. To be on the safe side, you should always scan the download ebooks, I recommend uploading to virustotal, it’s reliable.
The files themselves are indeed clean. It’s just the ad pages in between that freak out my antivirus. Recently, the Mega link leads me to an aporasal dot net page that seems to be a malicious ad report page which leads to nowhere. It also claims I have an adblocker on despite turning off all of them. I’m kinda stumped about what to do.
Well, it seems that downloads work just fine on mobile. It’s just my PC that’s daft.
Aporosal is just another domain of adfly. Recently there has been some reports of it failing to redirect links, the workaround is to go back and click again, or perhaps refresh the page.
With regards to the adblock warning, if you’re using firefox, there’s a “shield” icon on the left of the URL bar, click that and you can see the “Enhanced Tracking Protection”, maybe that is giving the false alarm that you have adblock on? Personally though, I have my adblock (ublock origin) and can move through the pages swiftly without seeing ads. You can try this filter list and add the filter list to your adblocker (press the Subscribe button), this MAY help with blocking the adblock-blocker. As far as I know, some ads trigger malware warnings because they try to trick you into downloading and installing software, but even if you accidentally downloaded it, don’t run it and just delete it, and you will be safe.

2 is not working tried opening 1-9 all but 2 open in books, then try redownload site got block by malwarebites for possible trojan
as mentioned several times before, the malware and trojan warnings are something you’ll have to do by yourself. The files uploaded here are all safe. Stop your antivirus from removing the files. You can manually upload the files to virustotal and see for yourself, the files are clean. Anyway I’ve reuploaded vol 2 so if there’s still problems, i can’t help you. Read the faqs for other help.
Volume two has a problem with appearing in ebook reader.

I was able to download every volume except volume 4; it says that volume 4 is a dangerous file for me and will not download. Did something happen to it?
no? just download the file, there’s nothing wrong with it. You can do a virus scan once you downloaded the file.
Ah ok ty, for some reason one of my browsers discarded the file before I could download it saying that it was potentially dangerous but it downloaded somewhere else 🙂
the link is probably flagged as dangerous, not the file, but get through the link and you’ll be fine usually. It doesn’t hurt to always do a virus scan of the downloaded file before you open it, I recommend uploading it to virustotal
